Initial Visit

In the initial appointment we will discuss your concerns and needs, and I will talk with you about the therapy process. We will discuss the cost of services, and I will provide you with an Informed Consent for Treatment, a Notice of Privacy Practices (see below), and information about your right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (see below).
